“I have visited Dubai on 3 occasions, 2000, 2001 & 2003 and I just have to keep going back to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble, everything is done with a smile. All the rooms are deluxe rooms at this hotel and all have a sea view. I stayed in a balcony room on my visits, the others will have floor to ceiling glass. The breakfast is amazing, a huge choice and plenty of variety. They also have themed nights for dinner; again the food was very good. The beach and pools are clean, plenty of lifeguards to keep watch. The hotel is attached to the Wild Wadi water park and hotel guest have free entry. The rides are fun and again lots of lifeguards. The gym has a fantastic view over the beach. Guest at the hotel can go and see the Burj Al Arab, the world only 7 star hotel, which is across the bridge. (Non - guests are usually charged if they want to go into the hotel) This hotel is truly amazing, I hope to go again this year. It really does set the standards for hospitality and I'm yet to find another hotel that can compare to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.”

“This hotel holds no faults. The decor is superb; all rooms are spacious and have a sea view. All staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you with. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars within the hotel. The Wild Wadi water park is next door and you have free entrance when staying at this hotel. The concierge staffs are very informative about places of interest to visit and also of restaurants and shopping areas away from the hotel. Have stayed here numerous times and will return many more times yet!!!!”

“The Jumeirah Beach is simply one of the best hotels in the world. I would strongly recommend the Junior Suite, 196 sq m of luxury with a balcony bigger than our garden at home. The staffs are some of the best in the world and the setting is fantastic.

It's busy but relaxing, interesting and stylish and the facilities are top class.

The Jumeirah Beach should be used as an example of how to run a top class resort.”

“I have stayed at this hotel on two occasions with my family, June 2002 and again in July 2003. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such wonderful facilities or had such great service in any other hotel I have stayed in around the world. The staff take the concept of customer service to new levels. The first time you experience it is amazing. The pools and the beach are superb, the waters of the Gulf are like a hot bath and the Wild Wadi is great fun for children and adults alike. There is a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the major malls in the city. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who values high standards of customer service.”

“We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this brilliant hotel. The facilities and service were fantastic. We stayed in a Club Executive room which gave us access to a private lounge where coffee, soft drinks were served all day. Afternoon tea took place between 3-5 pm and then pre-dinner drinks and canapés between 6-8 pm. Highly recommend The Colonnade restaurant for dinner. The rooms were large, very nicely furnished and had views over the Gulf with the Burj standing out in front of you and The Palm in the distance. The pools and beach are excellent and we also had a good time at the Wild Wadi (free entrance for anyone staying at the hotel). If you are looking for luxurious accommodation, great customer service - look no further.”

“Myself husband and 2 children have stayed here more than 6 times and it is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at (we have lived abroad for 8 years so have visited many countries). There is nothing negative I can about this hotel. I would recommend paying the extra to stay in an executive room you get private transfer from airport and whilst the actual room is the same you can take breakfast in the Argentine restaurant and have free drinks for 2 hrs per night either in the lounge on the 16th floor (cannot take kids though) or in a bar which is upstairs from a great area for kids with games, movies and computers and their own bar of snacks sweets and drinks. On our first trip to Dubai we booked into Le Meridien and after awful service moved to the Jumeirah Beach the next day and now would not think of staying anywhere else in Dubai.”
